A Note From a Neighbor

Dear Neighbor,

I just want to bring your attention to the sale of my property, since it sold as "tear down" for $79,000 over property value.  I had attempted to sell my house by myself "For Sale By Onwer" for a few months, talking to many developers, but only achieved an offer of mid $750's.  My neighbor's house, exact same lot size, also a tear down, sold in the low $720's.

Then I got a knock on my door, and a gentleman named Tony said he could get $75k more than the best offer I had received.  It seemed too good to be true, but he was very genuine.

Within 10 hrs of listing the property it sold for high $830's, despite all the comparable houses in the area selling for $79k less.

So if you've ever thought of selling your property, this guy is amazing at getting high prices for houses.

Tony has made my retirement fund much larger than expected.
